Det är intressant att många betraktar bloggar som ett forum utan rättigheter men fullt av skyldigheter. Jag tror att man får särskilja det faktum att vissa önskar ett bättre språk från att man klankar ner på personen bakom bloggen och missunnar denne framgång. Det ena behöver liksom inte förutsätta det andra. Jag förstår vad Elin menar utan problem, och fnissar smått åt eventuella grammatiska fel. Självklart är jag inte bättre själv (kanske lite) men härligheten ligger i att man känner igen sig i okunskapen. Turligt nog klarar hon och vi oss bra utan en master i engelska, även om den professionella touchen förloras en del.

To all of you commenting in ENGLISH how you think Elin’s English is good: It’s NOT. I understand that for someone with English as their native language or someone from a country where they speak very poor English, yes, you might think Elin’s English skills are quite good. However, like Elin (the commenter) previously wrote (in Sewdish) most of the people here complaining about Elin’s English are Swedish! So obviously they are familiar with how the Swedish school system, along with the other Scandinavian and some European countries focus on teaching English from an early age! Also, English is a language Scandinavians are accustomed to from an early age, not only through school, but also TV, movies, music etc.
Ergo: STOP insisting Elin’s English is good if you can’t see it from a native Swedish speaker’s point of view. They know better than anyone here that her English skills should be much better than they are…
I’m sorry to bother you with this long, fashionably irrelevant comment, but I was just sick of reading all these comments where people applaud Elin’s English. As a Norwegian, I sure know I would be embarrassed if someone from Norway wrote like this… Just saying.

What I meant was that I don’t get the point of complaining about it? Obviously she won’t go and learn better english just because we say she should. It feels like for the last month people have done nothing but complain; about her weight, her language, why she’s not letting all the readers in and so on. I mean, seriously, how many would like the whole world to know why you and your boyfriend broke up (if that’s the case). I think that if she wanted to tell those things, she already would have. And that her blog isn’t as good as it used to be.. If you don’t like it anymore, it’s not that hard to stop reading. Pepole change, get over it.
