I JUST HAVE to show you this product that I got the other day. My hair has been pretty dry lately, I’ve been to the hairdresser, tried different products and so on, but nothing really helped. Then I read about this Moroccan Oil. I tried it last week, and JISSES! Such a big difference! Normally, you know, you buy all these products that you “cant” live without, but honestly, if you had never tried them, you would have never missed them. Except this one, you can really feel and see the difference. You can find it online here.

I´m using it for a while now and am obsessed! Can´t live without it anymore!
[...] Se mer här: Moroccan oil [...]

It sounds good :)

Hy elin,
I just wanted to let you know that there is a lot of dimethicone in there. What you feel is actually just the silicon building up on you hair. It prevents the hair from getting any more moister, which makes it even dryer and eventually break.
I would recommend you getting something dimethicone free. At the beginning it might not feel as moisturizing. That’s because the product will need some time to break off all the build up (as silicone is not easy to get off you hair. for example simply washing it will not help!.
I hope you read this and that it will help you!!!
Maybe you could even check out my blog, that would be such a pleasure :)

Guys, don’t you get that this is a commercial. I bet Elin gets paid to write this.
“Sanningen om Moroccan oil” –> http://www.naturligtsnygg.se/?p=13358
hej Elin! det är omöjligt att fatta vad du menar!
You know, there’s a DIFFERENCE between DIFFERENT and DIFFERENCE. Also, that paragraph makes no sense whatsoever.
I’m sure Moroccan oil i great though.

Forresten må eg sei at eg elsker bloggen din og stilen din, er innom her kver dag :)

Wow! Morocan oil is so great! I ‘ m using it for about one year – my hair is wonderful, now. Not dry, not flying…
Skrivet i all valmening! / Teresa
I absolutely swear by anything Moroccan Oil. The oil itself is great, the hairmasks are wonderful if you haven’t tried them yet, and the hydrating styling cream (what I’m currently using) I don’t think I can live without. It always seems to do exactly what I need it to- keep the frizzies away in the summertime, add and lock in moisture, and seemingly dry my thick head of hair faster. Like I said, I swear by Moroccan oil. Thankyou sharing this on your blog, I’m looking forward to more to read.
yeah moroccan’s products are a must. very good choice!
Love,

I’ve tried a lot of different stuff and I really want to buy this oil now. Then we will see. It has a mixed reputation..
I adore this oil! -And your blog is amazing. xoxo from Denmark.
So true, it is amazing!
den ska def provas….great tip!!!
I’m in love with this stuff too!! I keeps my hair silky smooth and hydrated!

Elin beware! It is truly a fantastic product, but if you’re as blonde as you are, you might find it will start to change your gorgeous platinum a bit brassy. Its is a dream for warm brunettes but maybe just use it sparingly otherwise. love.
It’s amazing! It feels like I’ve gotten a hot oil treatment but without that much work! Great for long and drying hair.
They make Moroccan Oil Light for blondes
ah yes, i was sent this too, such a nice little surprise. the hairspray smells AMAZING!!
Its great if you have brown hair or natural blonde hair however I get my hair dyed blonde every two months and using this turned my hair bright yellow the last time I got it dyed and I had to pay $200 getting my hair stripped of the silicone that had built up. My hair was super soft though, so would be fantastic for brunettes etc :)
Elin uppdatera mera!!! :)
Söt blogg du har :-)
Skulle bli superglad om just du kolla in i min internetshop.

All ingredients in cosmetic products are listed in decreasing order according to the INCI (international nomenclature cosmetic ingredients), which is an international standard for ingredients that are allowed for use in skincare, make-up, hair products etc. Thus, the major ingredient in the Moroccan oil is Cyclomethicone, as it is listed first. This is a silicone. Silicones generally end in -one, therefore they are easily recognized. The second ingredient, which has the next highest concentration in the product, is Dimethicone, which, of course, is also a silicone. Now, silicones are not necessarily bad for your skin or hair, they are inert, thus, they don’t do anything, that’s why you can use silicone implants. However, they are not good either (in the sense of treating hair, skin etc). For me, silicones work on my hair a couple of times, then my hair becomes a mess. But that effect is probably individual.
Then comes some botanical extracts (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil (Argan oil), Parfum (Fragrance), Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Extract) except for the perfume. Fragrances are often a mix of up to fifty different ingredients, that’s why it can be a smart idea to avoid them in skincare and hair products.
Butylphenyl Methylpropional, the next ingredient, is a synthetic fragrance that is obligatory to mention with its chemical name (and not just “parfum” in the INCI list) as it can cause allergic reactions.
Benzyl Benzoate is also a kind of fragrance that can cause allergic reactions. Here it is probably used as a preservative.
Alpha – Isomethyl Ionone, again an allergenic kind of fragrance (as if it wasn’t enough of that in the product already – why do consumers always want perfumed stuff???)
CI 26100 (Red 17), CI 47000 (Yellow 11), obviously, are both coloring agents, and are probably the villains causing yellow/brownish hair on blondes.
If you want some of the Moroccan oil effect but without the silicones, fragrances and colors, you can mix argan oil and linseed oil. Both seem to be rich in linoleic acid. Or, if you think argan oil is too expensive, you could mix linseed oil with a slightly smaller amount of olive oil as both argan oil and olive oil contain oleic acid but the concentration is higher in olive oil. If you use cold pressed oils (and keep your mixture in the fridge) the oils will have a high natural content of antioxidants and vitamin E.
Hej Elin!
Puss & Kram,

sounds interesting!Must try..
I love this stuff too, I have been using it for about 6 months and I notice a huge difference in my hair!
Seems like an amazing product, thinking about trying it someday! But I wonder, I have missed to buy the two first Styleby-magazines. Is there somehow I can contact customerservice and get the two first? Because when you subscribe, you only get the next-to-come magazine, or? Love your magazine and blog! Xoxo
This is the BEST product ever – specially for dry or processed hair.
Sounds good!
Would you be considering exchanging links?
try AMLA Oil – you can find it in every indian store. its so good !!!
Please study English. You sound so stupid. Maybe you are?? But your English is so terrible. Why are you using a language u can not handle?
You are a grown woman it’s not cute or interesting to write the way you do. Just embarrassing. For a Swedish person you are extremely bad at English and the fact that you stay so much in America! Please read a book.
The subsequent time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I imply, I know it was my choice to learn, but I really thought youd have one thing interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about one thing that you could possibly fix when you werent too busy searching for attention.
