GOD MORNING! I’m so excited for tonight! Woop! I would like to share some of my own pictures from my year with GUESS. And yesterday, while looking through, this was one of the first I found. And this one made me smile! I forgot that I had it. This is from the first meeting with Paul after we decided to do this collaboration together.  I was in LA for meetings. I thought I would have another two weeks, just to find inspiration. My plan was to go to Capetown, by my self. Just to really have some time to think, to make this perfect. I was so wrong… “We need the first 14 schetches in two days, before you leave LA”  So, no Capetown, no two weeks of inspiration. Instead the first thing I asked for was to meet Paul. I wanted him to tell me his story, I wanted to know who I actually was gonna design for. 40 minutes later we met up in his archive. No one is more excited then Paul when he get the chance to show all the campaign images through these 30 years. He explained EVERY moment, told me EVERY story. After that meeting I didn’t have any doubt of what I wanted this collection to be about. I wanted to make a collection, inspierd of the history of GUESS, of Pauls story.
