AS YOU COULD read about in my previous post about the inspiration for this collection was very much about using the history of GUESS, getting inspired by the iconic pieces and design them in to how I would wear them today, 2012. Like the bustier. Here as a cropped knitted top in a set with a skirt. This is a best friend for your body, since it really slims your figure and it’s so super cute. The skirt is high waisted, and I prefer to just show a tiny bit of the skin between the bustier and the skirt. Very sophisticated with a length right below the knees.

Love it. Unfortunately it’s probably still gonna be a bit unaffordable for me. I’ve seen a couple of prices of items from the collection. It’s quite pricey especially the good stuff. The dresses were like over 300 USD. But I won’t say I won’t be saving up to get my favourite items! :)

Gosh I LOVE the collection especially this bustier/skirt! Reminds me of Mariah Carey during the 90′s. she wore a VERY similar outfit! Just wish it was more affordable for a poor student like me :(
