Hi everyone. I never thought I would be without electricity and water a few moments after I posted the post below. 4 days without electricity and water is pretty tuff, but still, I’m ok. More then ok. I’m more worried about the old people, or the once who do not have the opportunity to go somewhere, to stay with a friend or leave the city. For them I’m hope this will be over very soon. I want to give all my thanks to GUESS who helped me to leave New York, and the “dark zone” where my apartment are. And I couldn’t dream of anything better then to check in last night at my favorite hotel and have a looong shower. Now, I have a inbox with a big I to catch up with!

Nice to hear from you, stay safe!
sounds really scary :S glad you are fine!
I am happy you are well. Missed your posts so….
You are very lucky & fortunate to have the Luxury of Guess being able to get to you out!
Now you have a minor understanding of how people in third world countries live their whole life…
So basically you need to suck it up princess!!
Happy to hear you are well!
My heart and thoughts goes to the people of Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica and of all the smaller caribbean islands. Most of them will never ever have the luxury to check in at any hotel (let alone to actually having a “favorite” one).
Glad to hear you are safe. I strolled into Marciano today and ogled your collection. It’s gorgeous, congratulations on it. Can’t wait to get my hands on the shoes, or err.. my feet in them, rather! xo
Good to hear you are safe! I really don’t get some of the comments. Isn’t it great that those who can leave the city do so that the city / the organisations can focus their scarce resiurces and help on those who don’t have the choice? (And I work with the less fortunate areas of the world and am a long- time volunteer with the Red Cross so I have *some* experience of post-disaster sites.)
Your written English is terrible. Don’t understand how you could have all the success you’ve had. You should have a translator check your blog posts before they are published.
