Hi Elin,
I have been a loyal follower of you since you started your first blog. Congratulations on all of your success. I have as many other Scaninavians been waiting patiently for your collection with Guess to arrive in Europe. I must express a criticism towards the information channelled to the European consumers – let me underline that it is not a criticism of you. The first official announcement was that the collection would be out in October. Turned out only to be in the US. The next informatin was that it would hit the stores in November. A date stating the 25th finally came out. The Guess home page was then recently updated, announcing that the collection would be available in selected stores on the 26 – not informing about the online availability (and there still is no information about this). I have just popped by Browns Fashion in London where the collection was supposed to arrive. The store itself was desperately trying to figure out when it would arrive. I really think it is bad service by Guess to the European consumers; a service which does not reflect good on you to be honest. Personally, I am still looking very much forward to your collection, but I feel poorly treated as a potential customer of Guess.

I’m with BENBENASC, I’m living in The Netherlands and the collection was much later available then the information first said. As I went to see the collection, I was disappointed to see there were only a few pieces in store and even more disappointed to hear we wouldn’t get access to all items here. Also no one could tell me anything about online shopping and if this option would even be available to us. So, as a fan of the collection and having looked out for it for months I must say I’m quite disappointed by Guess too. YOU did a great job though…
