Back in New York after two weeks of business-traveling, I’ve been to more or less to a new country for every day. Amazing trip, but also very exhausting. Russia, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden and I had great time, besides that I forgot my computer on one of my flights with Lufthansa. EVERYTHING were in my computer, and there is no one else then myself to blame, but I didn’t have any back up.. I’m surprised by the extremely bad service I got from Lufthansa. I’ve been calling them over 20 times, since I know exactly what seat I forgot my computer at, and I relised it two minutes after I got off the aircraft. But I atill haven’t heard back from them? Anyway. Life goes on. And I learned a lesson (again, I’m such a mess). And now you know the reason why it has been so quiet here on my blog! Xx

Gah, that’s too bad. But the picture is amazing.
Ah how annoying-can really relate to this. My xperience is to contact the airlines on Twitter or their Facebbokpage, because they are not keen on leaving queries from customers unattended to in social media. SAS is great on social media customer service, KLM even better.
Good luck!
I want your hair!
Oh good luck!! Hopefully you get your computer back! Love the picture though ;)
I can relate, last week I also had two bad experiences with Lufthansa on my way from JFK to Helsinki…
I was just nodding when reading your post cause I also got extremely bad service from Lufthansa and I am actually trying to avoid travelling with them as much as possible. the best move is to make it official as somebody mentioned, twitt or facebook should make the trick.
It happens to everyone. My advive is to create a dropbox account. You can save all your workfiles on the internet at every moment, so you won’t need to worry about backups. Good luck!
so sorry to hear that Elin. Hope you get your computer back sooner than later. I hate bad service like that.
WHAT A NICE PICTURE!
Oh dear, best of luck finding your computer!

Oh no… :( But what the hell, why haven’t you heard back from them? It’s not like some other passenger stole your computer, if you remembered really soon after the flight, so it’s the airplane company’s fault if it’s stolen or something. What the hell… Umbelievable! Hope you find your laptop, Elin.
Dropbox everything — it really helps in case something like this happens. Because it just happens sometimes!
oh no! you should ckeck out suitediscovery.com – my venture to find a solution in case this happens in a hotel. good luck to you that you get it back.
oh noo! I am so sorry and totally know how you feel. they lost my luggage once and I got it back after more than half a year! I was so disappointed in their service as well, but was happy when I finally had everything back.
X, Annie
